We offer a broad range of underground storage services, including vehicle
storage.
Rooms:
We have 6000 square foot rooms with an environment that features controlled
temperature and humidity. Rooms are available for warehousing, light
manufacturing or assembly.
Utilities:
Water and sewage are available.
Electric is 480 Volt, 3 Phase, 600 Amp
Security:
There are only two ways in and out of the mine.
Unique Opportunities:
This could also be an ideal location for a water bottling plant or for wine
storage, when one considers a couple important facts. The temperature is
always a cool 55 degrees with 80% humidity and the mine contains a 3 acre
underground lake filled with potable water.
Leasing:
We can build a room to suit any customer's needs. Leasing is available on
